How to print a monthly calendar
Use the month and year controls to choose the dates you need. Each PDF contains one page with six calendar rows, so even months spanning six weeks fit without cutting off the last dates.
Download and print
- Choose Sunday or Monday start. Open More options to select A4 or US Letter and portrait or landscape.
- Select a color, then use Download PDF. The PDF is generated in your browser.
- Open the PDF and print on matching paper at Actual size or 100%. If using the browser’s Print button, turn off browser headers and footers.
Choose a useful layout
Landscape provides wider writing boxes. Portrait is often easier to place in a binder. Add space for notes if you want a separate place for reminders that do not belong to a specific date.
