Calendar entries and downloads

The calendar maker processes your heading and personal dates in the current browser tab. It does not send these entries to our server or save them in browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears them. No visitor account is required to use the calendar maker.

PDFs are generated in your browser and include the information shown in your calendar. Once downloaded, the file is stored wherever you choose on your device. Printing is handled by your browser, PDF viewer and printer software. Take care when sharing a calendar that contains personal information.

Contact emails

If you email [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever information or attachments you choose to send. We use that information to respond to your request and address the issue you report. Email is handled through Gmail and the email providers involved in sending your message.

Please send only information needed for your question. To ask about or request deletion of correspondence you have sent us, contact the same address. Any request is subject to applicable obligations and the capabilities of the email service.

Hosting and security

Our hosting and security providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and request times, to deliver and protect the website. That technical information is separate from the personal dates you enter in the calendar maker.

Cookies, advertising and analytics

The calendar maker does not set tracking cookies. WordPress may use cookies for administrator sign-in, and hosting or security services may use cookies needed to operate or protect the website. We have not added advertising or analytics scripts to this version of the site. We will update this notice if that changes. The site uses local system fonts rather than an external font service.

Links to other websites and your use of email, PDF viewers or printing services are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
