Printable Usage

Our calendar downloads are free to use under the guidelines below. These permissions apply to the original calendar designs provided by Easy Printable Calendars.

What you may do

• Download, customize and print calendars for your own personal or household use.
• Print copies for students in your classroom, or for your internal workplace, club or community group, and distribute those copies free of charge.
• Add your own headings, appointments and reminders.
• Share links to our website so other people can make their own calendars.

No attribution is required on your printed copies. A link to our website is appreciated when recommending the tool online.

What requires permission

Please contact us before selling our calendar files or designs, including them in a paid product, uploading them as a downloadable collection on another website, or using them in a product offered for resale. These free-use permissions do not transfer ownership of our original designs or website code.

Your own information

You remain responsible for the headings and personal dates you add and for deciding who receives a copy. Review the downloaded PDF before sharing it, especially when it contains someone else’s personal information.

Check before printing

Check your selected month, year, week start and paper size. Holidays are not automatically included. Confirm important appointments and holidays with the relevant official source. Calendars are planning aids, and we cannot guarantee that every layout will suit every printer or device.
